I am a customer from outside of the UK

HARMUR does not offer free returns from any location outside of the UK therefore we cannot provide returns labels for customer outside of the UK. Customers outside of the UK are responsible for the shipping and payment of returns to us. We advise using a tracked shipping service when sending your return and sharing the tracking number with us by emailing customercare@harmur.com.

As soon as your shipment is received and passes quality check we will process your return.

If you are within the UK and have asked us to send a returns label, you will receive an email from us with your returns label and information on how to send your parcel back to us.

If you are sending your parcel back using your own shipping method, please share the tracking number with us at customercare@harmur.com along with your order number.

Once we receive your items, they will go through a quality check before we issue your refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 days to show in your account.
